[Jun. 2019] We are calling for paper for Special Issue on Smart Transport for Smart Cities to appear in IET Smart Cities journal.

[Apr. 2019] New journal paper "Real-Time Traffic Speed Estimation with Graph Convolutional Generative Autoencoder" is accepted for publication in IEEE Transactions on Intelligent Transportation Systems.

[Apr. 2019] New journal paper "Online Vehicle Routing with Neural Combinatorial Optimization and Deep Reinforcement Learning" is accepted for publication in IEEE Transactions on Intelligent Transportation Systems.

[Feb. 2019] I am appointed as an associate editor of IET Smart Cities journal. The journal is now calling for paper.

[Feb. 2019] New journal paper "Synchrophasor Recovery and Prediction: A Graph-based Deep Learning Approach" is accepted for publication in IEEE Internet of Things Journal.
